The location is excellent. It is very close to the metro station. the staff stored my luggage before check-in. the breakfast buffet had a fresh and varied selection. a staff member even provided me with some food to take with my coffee before my early departure.

The staff seemed helpful enough. That was acceptable.
The headboard in my room was ripped. That really bugged me. the shower doors were practically falling off, and there was quite a bit of mold around the shower. it wouldn't take much to fix those issues, so i don't know why they haven't.
